120 sq. ft. Bedroom

A bedroom kept deliberately low and quiet. Walls in hand-troweled microcement give the room its soft, cloudy light, while a full-height black fluted panel runs behind the bed as a headboard and wainscot in one gesture — texture doing the work that colour usually does.

Opposite, floor-to-ceiling joinery in matte black and warm oak swallows the wardrobe, dresser and door architrave into a single unbroken plane, with a small open niche left aside for a turntable and a record propped against the back panel. Dark stone floors ground the palette; a slim pendant, black track lights and a graphic monochrome print supply the only sharp lines.

It's a restrained room built on three materials and one idea — that storage should disappear, and personality should be the thing left showing.
